A complete AI recruitment pipeline inside GoHighLevel. Candidates enter via intake form, triggering an automated screening sequence. A Retell AI voice agent calls the candidate, conducts a live structured interview, and scores responses in real time. Qualified candidates are pushed to WorkBright via REST API automatically. Alongside this I built the CareForce SaaS product on GHL — three pricing tiers (Maintain, Growth, Enterprise), automated subaccount creation on purchase, coupon codes for free trials, and a full order form structure.

Eliminated 3–4 hours of daily manual screening. Intake, screening, qualification, and onboarding handoff all run on autopilot.

Norango AI was building voice agents one at a time with no standardised structure — each prompt built from scratch, inconsistent quality, slow to deploy.

A reusable 12-section prompt framework that became the standard across all Norango AI client deployments. Agents include property management receptionists, recruitment firm agents, hair salon booking agents, heating and plumbing triage agents, and the internal Norango AI lead agent. Each handles dynamic call routing, booking logic, live GHL sync, and function calls for transfers — all via Retell AI with Twilio telephony.

Consistent, production-grade voice agents deployed rapidly across multiple UK industries. The framework is now the internal standard for all new builds.

AMRP were handling all inbound calls manually — enquiries, maintenance reports, landlord bookings, and emergency calls all required staff availability. Out-of-hours calls went unanswered entirely.

A 24/7 AI voice receptionist (Amelia) on Retell AI handling 20 call scenarios — from emergency maintenance and gas safety to landlord management bookings and Airbnb transfers. Calendly availability checking and booking via Make.com, automated SMS notifications via a custom portal webhook, live call transfers to staff, and message routing — all from a single agent.

Every inbound call handled automatically, day or night. Landlords get booked, tenants get directed to FixFlo, emergencies get immediate instructions, and staff get notified — without anyone picking up a phone.

Bauhaus operates two sites and was missing calls outside working hours — losing bookings to competitors with always-on coverage.

An AI voice booking agent (Amy) on Retell AI handling inbound calls across both locations. Collects name, preferred service, stylist, and availability — then books directly into GHL calendar via Make.com webhook. Resolved complex issues: JSON payload formatting, Array Aggregator errors, missing TeamMemberId fields, and ResultCode 5 booking errors. This project also led to the creation of Norango AI's reusable 12-section prompt framework.

Leads arrived via email notifications with no automation to push them into GHL — every lead was manual copy-paste.

A Make.com automation watching for incoming lead emails via Gmail module. Regex parsing extracts name, phone, email, and service request from the email body. Parsed data is pushed to GHL via API, creating the contact, applying tags, and routing to the correct pipeline stage — all within seconds of the email arriving.
